Every person has a unique, individualized story that makes them who they are. Our Assisted Living program promotes independence and creates a personalized care plan to meet the needs of each of our residents individually. Our customized care plans focus on assistance with activities of daily living and encouragement of our residents to maintain their independence.
Our private duty nurses are certified to perform the following advanced medical task:
- Colostomy care and urinary catheter maintenance
- Administering medication including injections, inhalants, eye drops, oral, and topical medications
- Setting up and maintaining a medication schedule
- Tracking oxygen levels, use heart monitors, or other advanced in-home equipment
- Providing advanced care training for family members
